Consulting on europeanwide largest energy performance project with notable reduction of GHG-emissions and energy consumption.
Participation at the Contractor’s project team on the development and implementation of the Lorac-Imtech-Efficiency-Project for 800 properties of Lorac S.a.r.l. (Luxemburg) in Germany. The motivation for the main user of this building, the Deutsche Post AG, were the high savings of CO2 emissions, which constitute a notable contribution to their Go Green Initiative.
I advised the contractor, who has implemented energy efficiency measures in 800 properties, which are almost used by the Deutschen Post AG. With a volume of more than 400 Million Euro, this project is the largest energy efficiency project in Germany and Europe. Tenants, building owners and energy service company are profiting of energy cost saving of more than two Million Euro per year. The reduction of CO2 emissions are 17.000 tons per year.
