The Levantehaus, an exclusive shopping mall in one of Hamburg’s most distinguished historic buildings, has undergone extensive refurbishment in recent years. As part of these works, 20 main air handling units were modernized and replaced with state-of-the-art, energy-efficient air conditioning systems to enhance comfort while significantly reducing energy consumption.
Our services included developing the comprehensive energy-saving concept, preparing and submitting the subsidy application, and managing the approval process with the relevant authorities. Following installation, we carried out the final verification to confirm the correct and compliant use of the granted subsidies.
