The traditional building of the 5-star Park Hyatt Hotel is currently being renovated to accommodate the Hilton Group’s Conrad Hotel from 2025. As part of this, the main air conditioning systems are also being refurbished and replaced with new energy-efficient air handling units.
We developed the energy-saving concept for this, applied for the subsidies and confirmed the proper use of the subsidies after installation.
