The centrally located St. Annen residential quarter is one of the largest private housing developments in Brandenburg an der Havel, comprising around 450 apartments ranging from 45 to 120 m².
In 2008, the district’s heating supply was converted to renewable energy with a modern wood pellet system. Our services included conducting the feasibility study, preparing the pre-design, performing the profitability calculation, and drafting the heat supply contract with an ESCO.
