The Three Sails Tower, a prominent office building located along Abu Dhabi’s Corniche, underwent a full-scope energy audit to identify efficiency potential and cost savings.
Our services included an onsite walk-through with measurements, detailed data collection, and analysis of energy consumption patterns, peak loads, operational settings, and control strategies. The audit covered energy generation plants (heat, electricity, cooling), air handling units, chiller systems, lighting, drives, controls, and building automation. A profitability analysis and actionable implementation plan were developed to guide future efficiency upgrades.
