Performance contracting for germanwide 800 properties

Consulting on europeanwide largest energy performance project with notable reduction of GHG-emissions and energy consumption.

Participation at the Contractor’s project team on the development and implementation of the Lorac-Imtech-Efficiency-Project for 800 properties of Lorac S.a.r.l. (Luxemburg) in Germany. The motivation for the main user of this building, the Deutsche Post AG, were the high savings of CO2 emissions, which constitute a notable contribution to their Go Green Initiative.

Troubleshooting for the trade area of the stock exchange

In the trade area of the stock exchange, in  the backoffice area and in the executive floor had  appeared climatic unconfortable ambient air conditions. Winfried Haas has been assigned for troubleshooting. He has analysed the operation conditions and the function of the cooling production plants as well as of the major air handling units. He has undertaken some further measurements to identify and solve the failure reason.

Energy Efficiency Plan for all Buildings of the Emirate

International Consulting assignment in Abu Dhabi, leading an international project team. Design of a demand-side management strategy for the whole Emirate of Abu Dhabi with over 30,000 commercial, private and public buildings, to reduce GHG emissions, energy consumption and peak power demand. 300 buildings were selected with the highest priority. Tender documents for energy performance contracting were drawn up for the first implementation phase.
