Project management for the installation of the major cooling plant
Winfried Haas has conducted the construction of the central major cooling plant, including the cooling distribution system on the whole shopping mall. This has included the execution planning, the management of the suppliers, on-site construction management, and commissioning.

In some tenant areas had appeared climatic uncomfortable ambient air conditions. Winfried Haas has been assigned for troubleshooting. He has analysed the operation conditions and the function of the cooling production plants as well as of the major air handling units. He has undertaken some energy modelling of the air conditioning process using state-of-the-art computer simulation tools in order to solve the issues.
